Tried ordering these shoes directly from Oncloud. They ended up sending me a completely different shoe in size 9. I had to jump through hoops sending them pictures, taking them to the drop off location they chose because they wouldn ’ t refund until they got the shoes back. It took over 2 weeks before they even issues my refund. Once I got the money back I came straight to Dicks to get the shoes I originally ordered. Will always only order through Dicks from now on no matter the brand but especially for Onclouds. Received my shoes in 2 days!!
