I 'm seeing several bad reviews on this product, which I find surprising because I 've own mine for 2 years, through some nasty Midwest weather, and it's been amazing! This hoop system is TOUGH, high quality, and although it's expensive, it's worth every penny if your son/daughter is a highly competitive player who will use it regularly. I highly recommend it!

Awesome hoop. Challenge to build. Mating the 2 poles is a pain but we got it done. Took us 100 slams. It was worth the effort. My boys love the hoop.

[ Shipping was efficient. Instructions were fairly good, but I watched a few videos prior to construction. I was able to put this together by myself with the exception of putting the backboard on. You will probably need two people for that process.

[ My son loves his basketball hoop. Very strong and made very well. We live in a windy area and it holds very well. It awesome that you can add water and sand at the same time for stability. Easy to move as well. Overall a great portable hoop. The instructions for building could be a bit more clear and label better. That would be my only complain. But totally worth it at the end.

We were looking for a solid portable hoop for our driveway and this is it. The glass backboard provides gym hoop ball response. The entire system is very sturdy. The assembly instructions had a few head scratching sections that could use better detail, but overall we were able to figure it out. It doesn ’ t hold as many bags of sand as it calls for either. Overall this ihoop is rugged and high quality. My kids say it ’s like playing indoors.

I want to state first off we love this hoop and the kids have been enjoying the heck out of it. The build was not easy, and took me around 3 hours and you definitely need 2 people for parts of it( i would suggest 2 strong people). The hoop is really heavy even without the sand/water in it, so make sure you are careful when bringing it up and down. Now that it's up and in place, love it. Great hoop.
