This ended up being one of our best purchases for water toys. The kids love it and stay on it for hours. After first filling it up it bounced OK but not as much as I thought. Then we left for a week. After returning it was soft so I thought maybe had a leak but it was really because it had a chance to stretch so I topped it off with air and then the bounce was very good. I guess it needed time for the material to stretch and bake in the sun a little.

Not to worry we purchased a new one and saved the parts from the old one incase we ever need them. If taken care of and stored in the winter properly it will last for years. We bought this five years ago and it just now needs the pad and net replaced. It ’s been through a few tropical storms or similar winds and sitting in full southeastern US sun. Incredibly impressed with the longevity. The mat is still good and the springs looked like new when I just removed the pad. It gets used all the time so I am shocked it has lasted this long.

We bought this trampoline for our grandkids. Ages 5 to 14. They all loved it! Our one grandson does gymnastics and this helped him out practicing his flips. This is one serious trampoline. I wanted a trampoline that my boys( 10& 13) could grow into, and I got it. The instructions say 2 people for 2 hours to set up, try at least 3 hours, but it is doable. I am looking forward to seeing my sons and friends having fun on this. The first night we had this was a blast.

My kids love this trampoline now that it as assemble. However getting it put up was terrible. The directions tell you to start assembling it up side down, but all the labels are on the top. Also in the first section they tell you the pieces should be put together according to one pattern, only for the final pattern to be slightly different once fully assembled. Overall the directions could be a bit better.

I bought this trampoline as a Christmas present for my 5yo son. It was ship to my house within a week. We put it together as a family activity on xmas day but two people should be able to put it together, do not get intimidated with the many pieces, you 'll be fine if you follow the instructions to the T. All the pieces where there, it took us less that two hours with no rush to assemble it with no problems, make sure to follow the instructions very carefully, also be sure to put the cover mat for the springs before you put the safety net up, we forgot to do this and had to disassemble the posts and the net to put it, do n't wait until the end, this part is not in the instructions. Its a very well made trampoline, all the pieces look very durable. Its also very safe, I like that the springs are in the outside of the net. I got the ladder separately, is too high for a kid to climb without it. I did my research in many other trampolines and I am happy to say that I made an excellent choice so far. Excellent purchase, I will highly recommend it.

My 9yr old son and my boyfriend and I got it set up easily. Maybe took us an hour. The package arrived about 4 days earlier than the timeframe they gave me to shipping so we were excited. It does n't hardly squeak while jumping. The zipper door is made well- but is difficult for a 6foot adult to go in and out of, and I 'm worried that the bottom will rip because the opening is shaped like a cocoon and there is a lot of pressure on the bottom of it when entering/exiting. But- it looks really solid. I wish they did n't have to have the big white square warning label sewed on the the black netting- it's an eye sore and gets in the way of the pictures. But- I 'm sure it's just a rule. Overall- I 'm very happy with the ease of set up, the quality and sturdiness if the parts, and the price was right as long as you get it on sale. Have fun!

Our boys grew up spending hours jumping on a trampoline in our back yard. So we decided to buy this one for our twelve grandchildren. We 've only had it for two weeks now, but all of the grandchildren love it. It entertains them and uses up their excess energy. I researched a lot on this and Dicks was the best. Shipping took a week, came in 3 boxes banded and taped well. No pieces missing. I put it together myself in 6 hrs. I want a mat with more bounce and this is good. Wish I thought of this sooner. A childhood re- lived again!

Skywalker is a proper company and they make some great equipment. This trampoline went together easily in an afternoon, all parts fitting well. Instructions are documented fairly well in the booklet, even if some of the pictorials are less than stellar. There is really no way that it can be assembled wrong if the buyer reads the instructions and goes over the parts inventory. This trampoline is probably the best bounce for the buck that can be had. I 've jumped on quite a few trampolines over the years( my weight is 180 at 5' 11 '') and I can not remember any of them being any better, and that includes a couple of commercial units. Shipping is another matter. The shipment arrived in three large and heavy packages, and one had been taped up quite a lot. There were two corner frame tubes missing. A call to Dick's Sporting Goods in Franklin, TN resolved the matter in record time. Within the hour contact was made with the Skywalker company and the two missing pieces were shipped out immediately, complete with a tracking number. In other words, everyone bent over backwards to see that we had a fast solution to the problem. I heartily recommend this trampoline to anyone looking for a well- built product anywhere near this price range. You 'll have a lot of fun on it.

Quality was good during assembly no issues, would buy again. No idea on long term durability but I do n't expect any issues minus the usual wear and tear of any outdoor item.
