I 'm glad I went with the higher quality ball. I 'm using at as a desk chair for a raised surface, so the size is perfect. The ball seems very durable, and does n't lose inflation.

Along with the DVD and what I will refer to, it's `` Workout Ring '', I am super happy with this product. What's a `` Workout Ring ''? These guys printed basic visual cue's to several of the possible stretches/ exercises you can perform with the ball, on the ball... it's very helpful as you become familiar with your new stability ball. Have n't had the ball long, but it's completely satisfactory at this point. It was easier to inflate than I thought it would be, has no odor, and I like the olive color. I purchased it to sit on at my computer. It did take a little getting used to, but I must say that my back and legs are much happier now.

Purchased this ball primarily b/c of the olive color available in my size. I also like the non- toxic material and the company's eco friendly practices. No workout DVD was included which might make this ball seem like a lesser value compared to others; although, it's unlikely that I 'd actually use the DVD so not a big deal to me.

Great ball for working out and it is just the right size for my height( 55cm). I have a back problem and it is recommended I use one of these balls. I have just started using it so we will see if it benefits my back. Hopefully it will.
