This is a great insulated jug for working out in the Texas heat. I ’ m a field superintendent for a custom home builder and the gallon jug is definitely what I needed because I was tired of trying to fill and lug around multiple insulated cups and my thermos full of water, which would still run out towards the end of the day. This thing stays cold all day with anout 1/4 ice and topping off with water and is enough to last me almost every day.
