Obviously, we would 've just stopped baseball and pull- ups and give time to recover, but we had one more baseball tournament. With this sleeve, no pain throwing the baseball. I use these almost every day for summer running. They reduce how much sunscreen I need to use. They 're much better than wearing a long sleeve sun shirt because if I wear them with a short sleeve sun shirt it allows heat to vent under the arm and keeps me much cooler while still giving full sun protection.
