So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

I specifically go hunting through the racks for these tank tops. They have that almost seamless quality that I can not get enough of! They are very stylish with joggers, a flirty fun fit. They ’ re thin but not thin as in bad quality, thin as in almost one with your body and no bulky suffocating band underneath. Buttery smooth and may I say definitely better fit than my LuLu tops. My hunt for these will definitely continue until I am satisfied hah.

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

This sports bra exceeded my expectations! The fit was perfect and the material is so soft. It moves well with my body. Everything stays in place and the pads offer the right amount of cushion. The design of the bra hugs your body where needed but is not restrictive when moving. The dri- FIT technology helped me stay dry and moved the sweat away from my skin, which I liked the most. I am not a fan of being sweaty. The material was my favorite because it allows my upper body to breathe and move during rigorous workout sessions. I did have a few issues with the band rolling up but I attribute this to my body type. I ordered 4 different styles of sports bras thinking I might be happy with one of them. All four fit PERFECTLY and both soft cup and underwire are supremely comfortable. Wider straps and the internal support design keep me nicely in place so I do n't end up sagging down towards my waist at the end of the day. I am a small person with big boobs( 34 D).
