The cushion is soft and my heals did not hurt during the each gym session which lasted 90 minutes each. The shoes are true to size. I wear size 10 and these are a perfect fit. I am size 9. 5 and first tried the size 9. It was too short and my toes were falling out of the shoe. The width was perfect though. I then tried the 10 instead. They are a good length, maybe a little bit too wide, so not perfect but better than the size 9. They are very comfortable. The Dasher 2 is an improvement of the original Dasher shoe which was a very good shoe. The added grippy outsole traction allows me to use these shoes on fire road- type trail runs where the original Dasher shoe was n't able to go. It also works better on wet road surfaces for runs and walks. The wide heel provides enough stability for turns on the trail while the upper allows for breathability. I use my Tree Dasher 2 over my Trail Runners SWT on dry runs on groomed trails where my Trail Runners are now used on technical trails or hikes. The monochromatic blue is attractive and easier to keep clean than my other Allbirds with blizzard( white) soles. I wish they would come out with more of these monochromatic colorways.

I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

I didn??? t expect to like these as much as I do. These were perfect for the purpose I bought them for which was for Apple Fitness+ lower body strength workouts. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

I bought the UA Velociti Elite 2 after watching many reviews of the top carbon plated racing shoes. I am stoked that I did! I ordered it in a half size larger than my normal size because I have a wide foot. Perfect fit! The upper hugs the foot like a snug glove and the lock down is excellent. The midsole has a generous amount of cushioning but plenty of spring to propel you forward. I didn ’ t expect to like the outsole as much as traditional rubber. These are the ones!! True to size, clean look, super comfortable. They are cushioned, they give a little bounce to your walk, and they are a great all around shoe. I love my air max 270s but they are not the best support in the gym. These give good support for running, the recumbent bike, and I ’ ve had ease lifting with them. For super heavy lifting I understand a flatter shoe but these have given me 0 issues and I wear them 6x a week, and have had them for a month. I tried 3- 4 different shoes for fitness before landing on these

These sneakers are extremely comfortable and are perfect for being on your feet all day. They definitely fit true to size in my opinion so I ’ m not sure the confusion on TTS or not. Overall I definitely recommend these and I ’ m probably going to be doubling up!
