It's set up great for cooking with the grill set. I 've done steaks, fried potatoes in a carbon steel pan, and even cooked pancakes in a cast iron skillet. Keep up the great work!!!

Works like they say just review other peoples techniques when burning different combustibles. Pellets give alot of ash the first time I used it. I need to change my technique a bit. First thing we tried was a Tri- tip and the skewers held it perfectly. This is a must- have for open fire chefs! My only recommendation would be a separate thinner line of skewers in the skewer attachment- the ones provided will be great for wings or sausage, but they were too thick for a reasonable cut size of most veggies.
