These are made of a thin moisture wicking material with an inner integrated 'underwear' compression part. This is well- designed and it's not too tight but supportive enough for any activity, whether running or plyometrics. This are quite short, a real modern style running short length. The shorts are loose enough to not restrict your movement when you are active. But with the inner compression part you do n't need to feel self- conscious if you 're down on your back lifting your legs in a fitness class or something. The stitching seems very good, with it being stitched in an eye- pleasing way- by this I mean it's not just a plain 'bag' like one- piece short- it looks good. There are two pockets on either side with the left one having an inner zipped pocked. This is n't real large but it's stretchy, so my mid- sized Samsung phone fit in it just fine. It's seems to be sturdy enough to hold a phone without it bouncing inside there. So, a really good pair of shorts, they seem to be well- made and well- designed.

These shorts are amazing. I 'm 6' 3 and 217lbs( somewhat fit) the size XL fit just right. With the built- in compression shorts these hit right above the knee. There is a pocket on the left side of the compression short, it can hold your cell phone or wallet. There is a small zipper pocket on the right butt cheek and a loop on the left hip, where you could place a small towel to hold while working out or a spring link clip that is holding your keys. I 'm my opinion, the right& left pockets of the shorts are fairly deep, I can place my phone in the pocket and be worried it would fall out when taking a seat. This is my second pair of these shorts, I 'm thinking about snatching up the black pair next. Hope this review helps.
