Also love the 3 top handles. ... My departure check list is more efficient knowing where everything is suppose to be in the bag. ... We use them as our daily gear transport but can easily see this working for an extended bike

Our family of 3 riders has a lot of STUFF! This bag gives everyone a neat way of organizing and keeping our gear separated from one another. The compartments and the small zipper pocket are our favorites. Everyone even has their own color! We use them as our daily gear transport but can easily see this working for an extended bike trip. The long carry strap is super comfortable and well placed. Also love the 3 top handles. If you do n't have the top zip closed you can still grab by the two side handles and move it around without dumping it.

I researched a ton of bags before I decided on this bag. This bag by far has the best compartments and overall organization of any others on the market! I was able to get all of my gear in here, tools, clothes, pads, helmet, shoes, snacks, etc. For way too long I had my crap spread out in the back of my car in a few different bags. Now I have everything I need in one easy to carry bag. This is VERY WELL constructed and has a nice handle on top and comfy shoulder strap. Highly recommended and no one paid me or gave me free merchandise in exchange for my review.

I love this bike bag! I put all my gear in it, including bike clothing that I wear regularly. It makes getting ready for trips, even just day trips, so much easier having everything I need in one place. Well designed and thought out. Thanks Thule!

This is an excellent, well designed ski bag with plenty of capacity. The material is rugged and with good quality that should stand the test of time. It easily will accommodate two pairs of ski and if packed efficiently and extra gear. You might fit all your ski gear including boots if only bringing one pair of skis. You get what you pay for and, that said, the price is reasonable compared to that of the competition.

great bag. well built. good features. Fits my downhill skis and my wife's cross- country skis. Got it for moving to the west coast and love it so far. Hard to get excited about a gear bag, but this one is just so d* mn nice. Thule does it again.

[ This is my first time purchasing a travel ski bag. I have not flown with it yet, but I have packed all my gear in it. This bag appears to be very durable and light weight. It has the ability to hold 2 pairs of skis and poles. I packed one pair of skis and poles and then had extra room to fit my boots, helmet and lots of clothing. I love the versatility of this bag- you can travel with 2 sets of skis or 1 set with the addition of other gear. There is plenty of padding to protect your gear. There are multiple handles to make transport easy. Looking forward to taking this on my first trip next month.

[ I bought this in preparation for several trips. I can feel the quality I would expect from a Thule product. I loaded my skis and there is plenty of room for most of my clothes too.

Super simple to use and very safe for the bike. ... I am pleased with how roomy the box is and that I was able to fit my touring/commuter style bike in the box when many other bike box manufacturers were not spacious

When I tell my wife it will only be 30 minutes to pack the bike, she believes me now. Used to take me a whole lot longer. One of the easiest travel cases I have ever worked with. Worth the cost. Safe, secure, and not a pain to take the bike apart.

I 've had a hard time deciding between getting a soft padded case vs hard case for my bike. I went with a hard case because I want that extra peace of mind that my bike would be protected during the transport. Yes it is heavy, and I do n't mind paying the overbaggage fee vs opening the case and seeing my bike wrecked. I have n't used the case yet for travelling but I can tell it is bullet proof enough to withstand the baggage handlers throwing it around and getting slammed around the plane's cargo area. If you want the peace of mind that your precious bike will be in one piece when you get to your destination, go for a hard case, and the Thule Transition is one of the best cases out there. I like how it has the stands to transform it into a bike repair stand, may need to put foam padding on where the straps would go onto the bike to avoid rubbing.

I travel with the case 3 4 times per year. I have never had my bike damaged in any way using this case. Its larger than other cases I have used, but airlines charge the same price so I would rather have a slightly larger case to know my bike is properly protected.

Many trips with this case, it is worth the price, no body wants to have damage going to a cycling trip, it wont happen with this case
