The wheel are tough and sturdy and easily traverse the jet ways and jump on to the plane. Fits easily down the aisle and rolls smoothly to your destination. I like the zippers and sipper pulls but they could be a little stiffer as sometimes if not packed full you really have to tug on them to get them moving. We will see how the nylon bottom and side hold up to airport luggage handlers as well as the telescoping handles but combine with the larger one I can have my essentials with me as the rest of my gear rides securely down below.

My friend has the same style bag but the smaller version, we both have experienced a hitch on the zipper on the top right side of the bag. It must be close to where some strong seams come together on the inside of the bag, it makes it difficult to open/close in that one spot every time- even if the pack isn ’ t super full. I like the looks and the features. It is roomy, logical, light for its size, stands and rolls well. It ’s a little floppy when opening and closing so best to have it supported, and I ’ m a little worried that the fabric might tear but it ’s probably tough enough. It ’s large, and if fully packed it ’ ll be overweight for flights unless your stuff is fluffy. I wish it was 85L, not 100. A feature they should add is a protected access spot for an air tag. The top access pocket is very roomy( or not) depending on how much room you allow it when packing the interior. I like that.

So first of all this thing feels very well made. Sturdy hinges, closures and overall construction. I love the removable divider and the modular nature of the straps and the rest of the transporter accessories. The handle is slick and comfortable. The plastic shell seems very sturdy and scratch resistant. It is very weather proof as well. I had to chuck it in the back of a pickup during a torrential downpour while traveling in the Philippines on a recent trip. Everything stayed perfectly dry! But... The wheels are not good. They are oversized and seemingly well engineered with billet aluminum hardware. But they pull over the place on carpet causing the bag to wander erratically. But that would be something I could deal with as other than having constantly having to keep it rolling straight, they feel smooth and roll quietly. But when rolling on smoother surfaces the wheels chatter and vibrate like a beat up old shopping cart. I hope this issue is fixed for future versions because it's an awesome piece of luggage otherwise!

However, the soft plastic front did get scratched the first week of use so it may get prematurely worn. The only other detraction is the angled handle makes it difficult to slide on a computer bag. excellent fit for my drysuit and goggles and small accessories, not big enough to fit suit and fins but not what I bought it for. It has held up very well for work purposes as an everyday bag that I throw in and out of my vehicle. Zippers appear to be holding up well and I use the handles more than the straps so I enjoy the option.

Excellent piece of equipment. I used it for transporting via checked baggage( 50 lbs), throwing in a truck, then carrying up a couple of miles to the campsite. The straps are great and stow away for checking. It's tough, water- resistant, roomy, and comfortable to carry. Highly recommend.

Great duffel for air travel on your way to any adventure. I use it mainly for sailing trips because you can easily fold up the duffel when empty when space is limited.
