I recently purchased the Allpa 42L and absolutely loved it! Everything about it was very solid, well- made and well thought out. The only two issues that I had with it was it seemed like the waist belt was a little bulky if you did not want to wear it and it was way bigger than I thought it was going to be! I ’ m sure that ’s a good thing, but I did have to return it so that I can get a smaller one because it was so big. If you are traveling and you ’ re looking for a super great well built well designed well thought out bag this is a must have! I think this may be one of the most functional bags I have seen in a long time for traveling, I was sad to have to send it back, but looking forward to getting the same thing in a little smaller size!

Purchased this to replace a previous BagBoy I had for over a decade. This Freestlye bag has three great features my previous BagBoy did not. 1. All around padding. 2. The bag can stand vertically on its own and roll while standing too. Very convenient especially when standing in line at airports/rental car checkout. 3. Easily folds back into a cube to allow for storage in hotel or garage. Far better than a huge bag being folded in half taking up floor space. Going through an airport and a hotel parking lot with a stand up 4 wheel golf bag is so much easier, while others are dragging theirs on two wheels. If there is a need for the two large wheels to go up stairs/curbs or over rough curb/sidewalk traction tracks, it is easy to switch in the moment and then go back to upright. I also found this easy to pack in the upright position rather than laying it down to pack. The price was half of other bags with these features. It travels well and good protection for bag/clubs and extra clothes and hats.

[ I was looking for a carry- on backpack and I researched a lot of options before choosing this one. I love that the suspension is very comfortable for walking a mile plus from a bus stop or train station( I have only used it on one trip so far but had to walk a mile from the train station to my hotel and this was fine) but it also zips away( which I did when I left the bag at that hotel because it was too early to check in). Good stuff. I look forward to traveling more with this bag later this summer.

So much better than the Patagonia MLC that it replaced! Only complaint is that the computer sleeve takes up a lot of space, and very few pockets to stow stuff. No problem as a carry on fully stuffed.

I 'm short, 5' 1. 5 '', and the bag will definitely carry more than 1- 2 days worth of clothes and for me to completely fill it would have caused me to fall backwards. I think a smaller size will work for me. Otherwise it certainly has lot of room, like the clamshell with the mesh zips. Water bottle is great and like the option of using the hip belt. Superlight weight.

I actually first discovered this bag from an ad on instagram, and it piqued my interest- I love to travel but I still haven ’ t found the ‘ perfect ’ travel bag to pack all my belongings.
