The exterior yoga mat pocket is clever as it does n't take up space inside the bag and allows it to air dry after a hot yoga class. If you 're looking for roof box organization that's well- thought out, packs up small, and versatile, this set is for you! The duffels are perfect for our roof box, but I love them so much I find myself grabbing for these duffels over other ones even when they 're just going in the trunk. When we 're camping or headed out on a trip, it's always a struggle to keep things organized in the roof box. We used to toss stuff up there and then try to shuffle things around so it all fit. I 'm short( 5' 1 ''), so being able to see into the box and organize is not easy for me. These bags have made packing up our roof box so much more enjoyable and everything stays so organized. Now I can pack our loose items into their respective bags and I actually know where everything is. Each bag has different colored handles so you can identify which bag is which even if they get shuffled around. They also have a handle on the end so you can easily pull the bags down for the box with ease. I also really love how the bags have backpack straps so it's easy to transport the bags once they 're out of the box or car. The versatility of the bags is also really amazing. You can use one bag, or all four. You can pack them full to the brim or just fill up half the bag and since these pack down so nicely, the half- full bag does n't take up much room. Most recently, we went camping and needed to put our chairs, tent, and camp table up in the box, so we filled the rest of the box with two of the GoPack duffels and they were able to fit most of our miscellaneous camping gear. I bought my bag one year ago and use it very frequently. The product is well thought and designed. It has all the pockets I may need and is great to handle, hang and store. Two problems so far: 1. Using it as a back pack is very hard because the straps are not adjustable. This is the main low point. 2. After one year, the metal parts started corroding. This is obviously not great, but the product warranty has addressed it. So no worries there

I bought the 35L duffel bag in sage about a month ago and have used it three times. The quality of the bag is top notch. I love the feel of the materials and it ’s durability. I am able to get everything I need in the bag for a weekend and/or five- day trip. It is comfortable to carry and doesn ’ t feel too big. I mostly carry it by the handles because I also travel with a 20L backpack. The only con about the bag is the tote handles. The magnets are not strong at all and barely hold together. [ I brought the Thule Chasm along for a cross- country road trip( Denver- Maryland- up to New York) and then used it as a carry- on for a flight to the Dominican Republic — and it fit everything I needed, keeping it dry and contained. The material is super sturdy and easily withstood being tossed around in and out of rental cars, overhead bins, and sandy hotel rooms. I also really like the calming color( easy to spot) and the handle design, which makes it comfortable to pull through airports or grab quickly out of a trunk. It ’s compact enough to fit in an overhead bin but still has plenty of space for both wedding attire and beach attire for a full week. One thing to note: it only has wheels on one side. While that means fewer things that can break, it makes adding luggage on top a little harder to navigate. The main zipper is durable and I like that its tucked under a flap, keeping everything weather resistant- especially nice when traveling in the tropics with frequent passing rain. Bonus, it's made from 100 percent recycled materials. This is a durable pack that's gon na last a lifetime. Hope my kids like `` pond grey ''!

I bought the Pollinator Orange in person at a local store, after it being the one orange I was like `` maybe it's too bright..? '' In person, it is much more of a brighter burnt orange, and I was instantly in love. I was searching for a duffle for its soft body vs any other luggage to have something easy to pack( big and roomy) and easy to grab and carry( handles on the sides of this bag, the backpack straps, or top carry straps!). I use it to pack for weekends at my partner's and future plans and it fits SO much!! The duffle is designed to fold into itself for storage as well and the wrapped outer part becomes a pocket accessible from in and outside of the duffle. I never thought I would get excited about using a duffel bag, but this duffel is actually amazing. As soon as I opened it, I could tell that a lot of thought went into it. I love that it has a few pockets for organizing smaller items, and the main compartment's stiffened trusses that keep the bag open while you 're packing it is a feature that I did n't know I needed. It makes it SO much easier to pack, and now all other duffels seem lackluster and kind of annoying to use. I 'm petite, so the backpack straps( which are well padded) and the tote handles help me to more comfortably carry large loads. I 'm a travel photographer, so durability is always on my mind when using any kind of luggage. This material feels quite sturdy and I can tell it 'll hold up for many, many years. Brad's review below prompted me to write my own review. He may have been a little confused because this bag is MORE than a duffel. I just returned from a golf/bike race and it was amazing how useful this bag is. With pockets on both the inside and outside and the packing cube( the storage bag), I was able to organize the important stuff while having a huge space in the middle. What really surprised me was the tote. I thought at first that I would never use it and it would be too hard to carry but it was the mode that preferred while moving from car to hotel, to and from the race and the size made it so easy to throw stuff in and have it readily accessible. Now that I think about it, the opening in the top is what made it so useful and easy. It has a zipper to close it but stuff stays in really well because it stands upright. The back pack straps can be stored out of the way and I feel like I would use the backpack if I had a long distance to walk, like an airport. All of this info is demonstrated really well in the video so I had no problem figuring out how to use it. This bag is very durable and seems like it would be almost waterproof. I have about 6 duffels and this one is my instant favorite. I 'll use it for travel, triathlon transition, golf travel bag, and basically anytime I need a bag for something. The `` tote '' mode is genius. This is innovation and Nemo nailed it on this one.

I own a lot of duffle bags. I ’ m a seasonal worker in Alaska and the lighter and tougher the bag that can hold my gear the better. A lot of if not most duffel bags on the market can convert to a backpack, but I don ’ t know of any other duffles that can convert to a huge tote!? My other duffel bags I used when I travel to/from Alaska sit for the six months until I need them. I know this is gon na be used weekly when we go for quick overnight car camping on the flats or grocery trips in Canada and especially laundry. It's is higher quality than Osprey or The North Face duffles I own and more useful than both. There's a big mesh pocket inside the bag to separate smaller things. it ’s a very well thought out bag and looks pretty cool. I ’ ll be using this for years to come.

I bought this for an eight day excursion hiking the NM and TX national parks. I need something durable enough to handle checked baggage and throwing around a campsite in the desert. The way the bag converts from a backpack to wide mouthed storage tote is very handy. The way it opens up makes staying organized easier than a traditional duffel bag. This bag's versatility is unmatched from others I 've owned and used. I never imagined I 'd buy another after my old Marmot bag but Nemo said, `` hold my beer... '', and here I am... looking to get a smaller size for different travel requirements. Internal straps snug down loads inside, while external straps give you options on how to transport the duffel. I 've been looking for a bigger duffel for a trip planning to Greece and wow this fits the bill. I bought the 100L and it's amazing how big this is. So far I have a few 60- 80L Duffel from TNF and Patagonia and love those two. In comparison, this is not as thick as my TNF, but definitely thicker than Patagonia. 2nd, once a few items get tossed in, it's Free Standing!!! With the additional support on the sides, I can easily toss things in. So far I planned a few camping/climbing/biking trips and this thing fits all my gear and clothe I needed. Bought the Panga 75 for my work and flyfishing travel adventures. This thing rocks! Fit a few days worth of clothes, and all of my fly gear on a recent weekend trip to Aruba. 9 wt 4 piece tube fit well in the bag. When my flight was delayed, I had to hop in a cab from the airport to the marina, and out to the flats. The Panga kept everything dry, including my iPad and electronics. The 75 fit in the overhead no problem on an AA Airbus 319. It ’s currently packed for NYC and a weekend with the wife for previews of Escape to Margaritaville. Love this bag! Everything I need to ride fits in here. It is well engineered for the real world. Great fit and finish with quality materials. On trips when the bike does not go, I convert it into a regular duffel bag. I just wish that instead of the dividers being collapsible, that they were completely removable. I just picked the 30L duffel up for upcoming international travel and a Grand Canyon rafting trip. After reading and watching so many reviews on adventure/travel duffels, these new Double Hauls have all the right standard features and then elevate above the competition with the 3 distinct modes. Having it in hand, these things are built like a tank, but are sleek enough for regular travel( if you don ’ t mind an outdoorsy vibe). I was a little worried that the 30L would be too small and didn ’ t want to jump all the way to a 55L. I despise checking luggage. Turns out you can fill this almost to the brim, then cinch down the interior luggage straps over your gear and compress the whole thing with the exterior side buckles. Amazing. The stiffeners really do work to keep the bag open/structured. The backpack straps are comfortable and stay out of the way when in tote mode. The tote carry handles are a good size and snap together well. Pockets are minimal, but a good size. And the storage bag/packing cube is a brilliant touch when attached inside the bag for more organization. The only thing I would improve so far are the tote carry handles. They ’ re uncomfortable on my shoulder. A traditional padded handle wrap would be an easy fix. And/or adding in a wide shoulder strap to attach to the duffel cinch buckles.

This bag is super versatile and durable. I use it as my diaper bag/purse/gym bag/carryall. It fits my skates, my daughters skates and all our winter gear. Can stay outside in the snow because it ’s waterproof which is perfect. Comfortable straps on your shoulder no matter which way you wear it and weight in bag. We recently brought it to the beach. I was a little skeptical at 1st when it came to the different `` modes '' but boy was I wrong. I thought the tote mode would be just gimmicky but its the mode that Ive used the most so far! I got the 30L and it is HUGE. It's easy to just throw anything inside the bag when you have it in tote mode and just go. Its nice when you 're not so worried about having it organized and just hauling stuff and leaving it in the car such as putting my ski gear inside. But when I took it on a flight, it packs as nicely when I started using packing cubes and carried it like a bag pack. I had 4 days worth of clothes and it still has an insane amount of space left( not sure if I 'm just a minimalist). Either way, I 'm gon na abuse this duffel. It's a go to now for any `` hauls ''. It's gon na compliment a smaller carryon bagpack.

This is an addition to my first bag. Things that I like about this luggage is that the zippers are protected by straps to cinch the bag if it is not full. So many times I see luggage that the airlines have bagged because zippers have failed and they do not have straps! The fabric is a good thick durable fabric as again the airlines are hard on them. The wheels and expandable handles are well made and durable, as my other bag has lasted over 12 years without an issue( by the way I travel a lot, it is a thing). The 2 main compartments, one has straps to secure your clothes, etc. The other side has a closing zip compartment. On the outside you can access one of the compartments without having to open the entire bag. Also there is a large pocket accessed from the outside for all of your toiletry items etc. Along with a small pocket for perhaps keys etc. The zippers are heavy duty and durable. I like the size as it has a sleek profile making it easy to maneuver and fit in the trunk of small cars. Also it comes in different sizes.
