I own two pairs of these leggings in XS and S, and honestly both fit great it just depends on the mood. When I want a more snatched compressive feel XS is perfect. When I ’ m in the mood for maximum softness and comfort S feels amazing. For reference, I ’ m 5 ’ 3 ” tall, with a 26. 8 ” waist and 39. 4 ” hips. The length works well for me the leggings hit about 2. 5 inches above the ankle. I wear these for squats, lunges, and treadmill workouts at the gym and they perform great. They stay in place, feel comfortable and move well with the body. I ’ ve had no holes, thinning or noticeable wear. I did notice a slight difference in fabric feel between colors. My Elemental Pink pair feels a bit softer while the Iron Stone pair feels smoother.

Sizing is a bit small... I ’ m 5 ’ 3 ” and 100 lbs, and the XS fit perfectly. I normally wear xxs in all things fjallraven. They ’ re snug in a good way, and I never had to adjust or pull them up, even with items in the side pockets. I wore them on a spring hike in the Appalachian mountains that started chilly, got hot by midday, and included rain and wet conditions. They stayed comfortable and dried quickly, even after climbing over wet rocks and navigating muddy trails. The material is breathable, durable, and handled the elements like a champ. [ I am in love with these leggings! I am a 39yo, 118lb, 5 ft 5 '' female, usually wearing a maximum UK size 8, but often fluctuate with water weight, so Nike sizing of small( 8- 10) always covers all of the ups and downs for me as the XS( 4- 6) is usually too small. I spend at least 4 days a week in the gym, combining cardio( usually running), and resistance training with free weights and machines, so most of life is spent wearing leggings, including in my day to day life as a busy mum. Nike have always been my favourite brand for activewear because the styles, quality and functionality crossing over from activewear to fashionwear are unrivaled, but more recently, my preference for gym leggings is definitely as high waist as possible- this is partly due to my age and evolving preference for everything to be tucked in nowadays, but also because the support and positioning of high waisted leggings is vital for running and the variability in movement during resistance training. These Nike Zenvy leggings tick all of the boxes- they are so incredibly supportive without causing any restriction at all, they stay high and secured above the waist no matter the exercise, they 're a vibrant, striking colour and are beautifully soft and smooth, they 're genuinely like a second skin- you barely feel like you 're wearing them, comfortable, breathable, no tightness or cutting in at all, just streamlining and supporting your body in all the right places. Squats and lunges, running, stretching, the school run, hiking, shopping, whatever you 're doing, these leggings are perfect- they 're not a distraction to your activity and leave you with nothing but body confidence. I would genuinely change nothing about them, but my only concern is how well they wash and stand up to repetitive friction over time, as this super soft material makes me feel it has the potential to bobble very slightly over time, but it has n't happened yet! Off to buy more colours...!

[ The Nike Zeny mid- rise 7/8 leggings give a streamlined look to anyone wanting to be able to move more freely. The Infina soft fabric is lightweight which made them a perfect choice for taking part in a recent Reformer Pilates Class. The Dri- FIT Technology kept me dry during the whole class by reducing the sweat against my skin plus they were extremely comfortable. I would definitely like to see more colours in this design as they smooth the waist aswell as reduce rolling, pinching and sliding. At least 50% of this product is recycled polyester fibres so it made them an even better choice for everyday wear although I would like to see a full length version too!

The fit is really complimentary and offers really nice shape, they don ’ t roll over around the stomach like many others I have tried, the material is of a really high quality and offers plenty of flexibility and movement without feeling too restrictive. The colour is lovely and is really easy to style and combine with any gym wear and also any daily outfits which I have done frequently since owning these, my favourite aspect of these would have to be how comfortable they are and definitely the fact they don ’ t roll over around the stomach area which is a huge problem with others, there ’s not anything I would change with these except getting another pair in black!

[ These are so comfortable and with the high waisted band, I get great coverage and control. Typically, legging slide off my waist and I have to pull them up, but I don ’ t have that issue with these. The fabric isn ’ t thin, but I didn ’ t have issues of overheating during my work out. [ My first reaction to these leggings was how soft they were. The design is basically a ribbed, and while I do not normally go for ribbed styles, I was surprised at how they felt. The fit runs as a normal size and there was no issue putting them on. After wearing them running and to do floor exercise, they did not scrunch up. I did not use the pocket in the back, but us women love pockets and the only thing I would add would be a hip pocket. Otherwise, I believe I would wear these leggings just to go out it, as they are that comfortable.

[ When I first got these I was picturing all the basketball players in profesional games going up and down the court, I always pictured these as a a tool used by top athletes only. So when I put them on I felt like I was playing dress up a bit. After taking them to the gym and using them while on the treadmill, I realized now why this type of gear exists.
