My daughter has had several pairs of these. They last for years and provide good protection against turf burns and padding for dives. She went to one camp this year where she was the only girl not in the medical tent for turf abrasions which meant she was the only one who could still perform all maneuvers. Daughter is 5' 9 '', 145lbs. Both the small and medium adult shorts work... just the medium is longer.
