We just got this bat in and have used it twice. My daughter has been swinging a ghost unlimited( one piece) for the last year and said she likes the feel of this one better. I also got her a Kyro during the trade in offer and she is n't a fan because it feels too end loaded- I feel like for a small 11yr old, even the drop 11 is a tad too heavy but for older girls who have the muscle its exit velos are amazing. She said weight wise/balance this feels like her ghost but it seems to be a little more forgiving on the hands. Ca n't speak to durability yet, I am sure like the ghost it will have its challenges but this is leaps and bounds above the former DMND Marucci and a totally different class of bat. We purchased the 31/20 and its the perfect size. Definitely recommend this for a younger player, looking for pop who wants something other than the ghost.

Composite softball bats are designed to provide a larger sweet spot and improved performance compared to traditional aluminum bats. They often offer better energy transfer upon contact, resulting in increased distance for hits. Additionally, composite materials can enhance the bat's feel, making it more comfortable for players during swings.
Selecting the right length and weight for a USSSA composite softball bat is crucial for optimal performance. Generally, players should consider their height, weight, and strength when making a choice. A bat that is too heavy can hinder swing speed, while one that is too light may not provide enough power. It's often helpful to try out different sizes to find the best fit.
Balanced composite softball bats distribute weight evenly throughout the bat, allowing for quicker swings and better control. In contrast, end-loaded bats have more weight towards the end, which can provide additional power but may require more strength to swing effectively. Choosing between the two depends on a player's hitting style and personal preference.
Yes, USSSA has specific regulations regarding the performance and construction of composite softball bats. Bats must meet certain standards for materials and performance to be eligible for use in USSSA-sanctioned games. It's important to check for the USSSA certification mark on the bat to ensure compliance with these regulations.
Durability is an important factor when selecting a composite softball bat, as these bats can be more susceptible to damage from improper use or extreme temperatures. Players should consider the bat's construction quality and any warranties offered by the manufacturer. Additionally, proper care and storage can help extend the lifespan of a composite bat.
USSSA composite softball bats are specifically designed for use in USSSA-sanctioned leagues and may not be approved for other leagues with different regulations, such as ASA or NSA. It's essential to verify the league's bat rules before using a USSSA bat in a different context to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
