Beautiful shoe. Lightweight, sturdy, lots of cushioning in the heel and mid- foot. Sock type made a huge difference for me with this shoe. I tried on 2 different shoe sizes with 2 different socks. My usual size 7-- If I wear cushioned socks, these shoes are extremely snug and nearing uncomfortable. If I wear thin socks( that I use for running), these shoes fit comfortably and just right. Went up a half size to 7. 5-- Cushioned socks, shoes are comfortable but I get a lot of heel slippage no matter how I tie the laces. Thin socks, even more heel slippage. Also, 7. 5 was clearly too long for my foot because I had over 1 thumb's worth of space from my big toe to the end of the shoe's toe box. The extra length in the toe made me walk funny. My suggestion is to try different sizes with different socks because these shoes have a weird, picky fit.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. Great lifting/training shoe. I wasn ’ t initially sold on the design coming from the 8, but once I got them in hand it grew on me immediately. They look great, feel more stable than the 8 ’s, and have a little more toe room. One additional thing to note is that the traction pattern is way better on the 9, as my 8 ’s toe traction ripped after repeatedly doing planks. It seems like that will not happen with the 9.

I didn??? t expect to like these as much as I do. These were perfect for the purpose I bought them for which was for Apple Fitness+ lower body strength workouts. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. The grip is also phenomenal on these, I??? ll have no issue upping the weight going forward! No cons though note that these are absolutely not running shoes, I wouldn??? t even try as they??? re much too firm/blocky for that.

My nephew is 12 and still struggles to tie his shoes. It ’s not that he doesn ’ t know how, he just has some dexterity issues in his hands.
