I really like the Nike Court Vision Low. They are a very comfortable shoe and easy to style with anything. I have a number of pairs in different color ways. The toe box will definitely get some good creases in it, but they do n't look bad. But they do seem to crease more than other shoes( comparing mostly to AJ1s). Get them in all the colors so you can coordinate! I would say these shoes are mostly true to size. Some Nikes run a bit small, but these do not in my experience.

I had absolutely no issues with my heel slipping, my shoelace actually came undone and I played about 3 minutes with an untied shoe and was able to run around just fine.
