I 've have Gerbing 7v motorcycle gloves for years that are excellent and am happy to report the socks seem even better. Very even warmth, I can wear non insulated boots and my toes stay happy in 20 degree weather on the 2nd of the 4 heating levels. Battery life is no problem but I 'm only wearing them for 4 hours max.
