This handheld is perfect! It ’s lightweight, easy to hold and the strap fits my hand perfectly. My hands are average to larger size. I used this for a recent half marathon and it was great. Was able to fit 3 GU gels in the pocket.

This is definitely a must buy for any run or exercise. The material feels nice on my hand and it has a nifty front pocket to hold my credit card and keys. Would also be a nice gift for a runner!

[ I was surprise to see the reviews on this handheld. I will admit, it took a bit of time to figure out how to hold and adjust properly( a run or two). But now that I am used to it, I love it. I run with it often, and forget that I am holding something. My water also stays refreshing and cool. The pocket is great for a few gels, and the color is great.

I really do like this bottle. I ’ ve used it on short to mid long runs. My only complaint about it is that the strap does not tighten as much as I need it to.

[ Nice size and does keep my water cooler longer. It does leak a bit when taking a drink—not sure if I ’ m doing it wrong like over tightening or having the threads off a bit? But it ’s nice to hold, just disappears on the run and doesn ’ t feel heavy at all.

I bought this item a month ago online. At first I was skeptical about buy it. I did n't think an 8oz bottle was going to be useful for my training days. It helps me keeping hydrated throughout my runs. I even used it recently to run a half marathon.
