The blanket is rugged yet comfortable and very stylish. We used the product two nights in the row for a concert on the lawn. Two people lying down fit great to picnic prior to the concert, and then it held up well as we stood on it throughout the entire 3 hour concert. The second night there was even a light constant mist so we reversed it and let the rugged waterproof side protect us from the rain while the soft side kept us warm. I got this blanket to use for camping, events and the like. Its a really nice material that wipes off easy and does not hold onto dirt. The underside keep dampness from coming through. And its super easy to roll up and put away. I like that it does not have to stuff into a sack and its super easy to roll up and put away.
