I like how you can hold the water dumbbells and make them lighter/heavier. I was hoping to find just the light ones but it ’s okay. I know most people want heavier dumbbells.

I was so glad to find the water weights in a store. I do n't order on line. They are small and uniquely designed to twist to give you more resistance if needed. I would have liked another option to choose from that were larger in size.
