[ This is probably the best tasting protein powder I have had. The powder blend in well into water with a few shakes of a bottle. The texture of the mixture is think but not gritty. The recommded serving requires 2. 5 cups of the powder but it works fine in smaller batches as well.

[ This stuff works extremely well to get ready for workouts and it has a great flavor to boot. I 'm not sure if it adds mass yet but the ingredient list checks out. One of the most important things with products like these is the one it works, and two that it tastes good enough to actually WANT to use it. This does both of those as far as ingredients and tested flavor. I love that they included sunglasses. I mean it's Winter, but I 'm sure to get some use next summer on the beach while jogging or working out. I would fully recommend this to almost anyone interested in fitness.

[ This is the first time I have used a Dymatize product. I really like their mass gainer. I have a high metabolism and I have really enjoyed using mass gainers. I think that it has really helped my increase some weight and muscle mass over the past few weeks. I enjoy the chocolate flavor profile and it is not too overpowering. The product mixes well in a shaker bottle with minimal clumps. I personally only use half the suggested serving at one time and sometimes use half before and half after my workout.
