I love the grippy nubs on the bottom of these shoes that prevent you from slipping on rocks. I also appreciate the fact that the sides are waterproof, which keeps my toes from getting wet and keeps them cleaner. I preferred the ones with thicker soles, and I 'm sad those are no longer available!

Actually, I have n't worn the Cascadia 18 GTX yet. I have 2 other Brooks shoes( new) that I am wearing. I love Brooks shoes. I would n't buy any other shoes. They are great and comfortable.

I will admit I was hesitant at first, my older model of the Cascadia was pretty firm and not the most comfortable. Whatever was done on this design, Brooks nailed it. The shoe was comfortable, had just the right amount of cushion, held up to the trail terrain, and looks sharp. Not to mention, it is waterproof and easy to clean. I recommend this shoe for anyone that has hiking on their schedule.

These shoes provide a solid platform, firm, but with enough cushion to protect your knees. Both the tread and gore tex have been excellent in slushy, snowy and icy winter runs on gravel roads and trails. These are the best running shoes for my foot that I have found in a long time, there's ample room in the toe box but the rest of the shoe provides a snug performance fit.

Very light and comfortable. Good traction. I like how it snugs my foot, but not too tight. I run with it only on grass and dirt. I tried the Caldera and Cascadia but they feel heavy and big.

at the beginning I felt kind of hard the shoe, I ran on shoes with more cushing, but on the second kilometer they felt very comfortable Just an observation, left uncle I felt it kind of narrow, I had never felt this on another shoe, but after 2 or 3 runs it adapted at my feet Great performance, breadability, excelent grip

Love these shoes. I 'm so grateful to have found a jogging/working out/living shoe for the winter that keeps my toes warm and dry. I went up half a size like the other reviews suggested and they fit great. What I love most about these and my other Adrenalines is how long the soles last. I wear these ten to twelve miles a day most days of the week and it was a solid ten months before my first pair wore down. My Nike's never last more than three months and even my Hoka's are toast after four or five months. The staying power of these alone makes them worth it. My one suggestion? The winter is drab enough- let's hit these with the neon stick! I want some bright green/yellow/orange/aqua for the grey days- all the way from the soles to the laces.

I 've been wearing these for about a month now, and I 'm so glad I took a chance and tried them! I 've got arthritis in one ankle, flat feet so wear orthotics, artificial knees and I 'm 65 yo so it's been hard to find something that fits well and comfortable enough to walk distances without pain. These shoes make me feel more sure on my feet, provide a lot of cushion, and I actually look forward to walking now.
