I wear them on longhaul flights( change out my shoes once we are in the air) and it's easy to wipe down the soles after they touch the lav floors before wearing them at gueshouses, hostels, and in other peoples homes. [ I love the slipper BUT--- it leaves black stains on my feet around the upper edge above the lining. I thought wearing them for a while would fix this but here it is 3 months later with me wearing them hours every day and I still get horrible back dye rubbing off on my foot. I hate brown, but may have to resort to it for my next pair as I just ca n't stand this `` ring around the ankle ''.
