I am recovering from a right foot Achilles tendon rupture surgery. I have been in a boot for 3 months. I at first needed a sturdy shoe to wear on my left foot to give me support and a little height to get close to matching the boot height. Today I get to wear shoes on both feet but still with heel lifts in my right shoe. It is all working. Great support. The soles are firm, which I love. I don ’ t like soft and mushy. They also look terrific. I will be able to( have to) wear them as I dress for holiday functions. I have medium wide feet and they fit just fine.
