Got this for my daughter, she is a teacher. Her room is cold and then she has bus duty periodically. So the 4. 0 is perfect for being somewhat sedentary. Surprisingly, actually keeps her warm! Love the deep purple, top base layer! It fit really well and was long enough despite my 5' 11 '' height. If you are a C cup or bigger, you might want to size up, but for anything smaller it should work. It 's odd that this was long enough but the matching pants are not as I 'm very proportional. This is my favorite go- to jersey for cooler weather. The lining is soft and makes me feel so cozy and warm when riding in Northern California winter, fall and spring when temperatures can easily swing 20 degrees F on a ride. It almost serves as a jacket and that ’s how I think of it, and the medium works well for me for layering although I am just 5 ’ 2 ” and 116 lbs. —it is not at all floppy but snug and not tight. On the coldest days, I ’ ll layer it with a long sleeved base layer under, perhaps a short or long sleeved jersey and winter vest over it.

[ My husband was so embarrassed I kept wearing my previous icebreaker from time to time, even though it become literally threadbare in a couple areas. Was nervous an updated version might not be as good, as often happens when one buys a replacement for something they 've loved so much, but so far this one has the same fit and feel as my beloved first icebreaker shirt. As well, they are usually `` updated '' colors offered and I was glad this one is pretty close to the original. I 'm sure I 'll get as many years wear out of this one as I did my first and recommend it strongly to anybody who likes winter sports or just comfortable shirts to hang out in during cooler seasons.

This is such a cute top, and I especially like the tunic length. My only complaint is that the arms are a little short, so I ca n't comfortably use the thumb holes. They need another inch.
