[ I am a newbie to this wonderful brand. A friend looked amazing in his sweaters so I just had to give them a try. Glad I did. The colour was the perfect gingered marmalade. The fabric was soft and warm in minus 10 degrees with a light sweater underneath. Great for hiking and walking. The hood fit comfortably around my head. Zip pockets were deep enough to hold keys, cell, glasses with plenty of room. Slightly fitted around mid section to give a great silhouette. The only improvement I would suggest is the zipper once it is at the top of garment runs against chin. Need to allow alittle more space around neck in future designs.

[ Need 2 of this Zip Hoodie, minimum, in black-- I never go without it: travel, hiking, skiing, indoor, outdoor, almost all seasons, almost all occasions. Good pocket placements. Good length for torso and sleeves. Good, comfortable hoodie. Excellent fit overall. Washes well and dries fast.

I love the new Quantum hoodie! It was time to replace my vintage Quantum from the first year Icebreaker made them, and I wanted to buy last year 's model. However, there were so many complaints about the zipper that I decided to pass. I saw that the Quantum IV had a new zipper, so I bought `` tang '' colored one in a medium. I 'm 5' 6 '', 137, and the medium is the perfect fit! It hugs my curves but is not tight, it is a nice slightly longer length, and the lack of elastic at the bottom hem allows it to rest perfectly on my lower hips without riding up every time I bend over. The zipper is easy to use and it 's lightweight, so when you unzip the jacket a quarter of the way down, the collar sits perfectly( sometimes a heavy zipper will weigh down one side of a collar). Lastly, the weight of the jacket is the perfect indoor weight for winter, and a nice outdoor weight for spring, fall, and summer evenings. I 'm so glad I bought this jacket- the color is beautiful! As expensive as it is, I actually ordered the black as well! A fantastic hoodie!!

I really enjoy the fit on this style. I am 5' 8 '' and wear a Women 's large. It has longer arms and longer length, which is so nice as a lot of other brands do n't cover my torso well. The fleece lining adds a lot of warmth layered under a shell or worn alone. The durable G100 added to the shoulders makes it water resistant, and keeps the jacket protected from friction from wearing a backpack. The sleeves are also long, so that helps if my hands get cold; I can grab the ends and keep my fingers covered. It 's also thin as well as warm. [ This hoodie can go everywhere from hiking to work to travel. I initially got a small size. It would work great with a sports bra or tank for more streamline effect.
