Great wool liners ... They were lightweight enough that they did n't slow me down, if it HAD gotten cold then I 'm confident my hands would have stayed toasty warm, and I still love the color as it matches my

[ Obviously can not go wrong with smartwool products, good glove on its own or as a liner. Careful around Velcro due to snagging and you 'll be solid if you know what these are for and do n't have mitten warmth expectations.

[ A great glove…. makes a nice liner to go with leather gloves. I keep them in my vehicle nice and handy. I have several pairs also makes nice gifts for family members.

[ I bought these glove liners to wear inside my other Smartwool gloves to keep my hands warm on my winter walks. Without them the wind tends to go thru my gloves and freeze my hands. These liners work great. They ’ re thin which allows them to fit easily inside of my other gloves. I ’ ve also used them on their own when in the car, which has been an added bonus. I definitely recommend.

[ I bought these for my wife since she is always freezing. They keep her hands very warm. She uses them for fishing tournaments since they are so thin.

[ Kept hands warm at 45 degree with light rain. Not itchy at all. And the touchscreen compatible finger tips actually work!( Unlike about every other “ touchscreen compatible ” pair of gloves I ’ ve owned)

I bought these gloves for patrol and they are the best glove ever. the large cuffs make them easy to put on when in any condition. The pre- curve of the hand allows for a great grip on rope, poles and bindings. They are super warm and because of the dexterity, you rarely need to take them off until you 're indoors.

Love BDs Guide gloves. Extremely warm, yet has the dexterity of a much lighter glove. The removable liners make it easier to keep clean.

Wear it most of the winter patrolling. My last pair lasted about 6 years.

Amazing gloves! You could keep your hand in a freezer over night and not feel a thing. Got a pair for me and gave a pair to my neighbor for helping me with my driveway. We both say they are the best pair of gloves we ’ ve ever put on.

Frequently Asked Questions For Wool Liner Gloves

Wool liner gloves are designed to provide warmth and insulation while allowing for dexterity and comfort. They are ideal for layering under heavier gloves in cold weather or can be worn alone for moderate temperatures. These gloves are perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, or everyday use during winter.

Wool liner gloves are primarily made from various types of wool, including merino wool, which is known for its softness and moisture-wicking properties. Some gloves may also incorporate synthetic fibers for added durability and stretch. This combination helps to keep hands warm while allowing for breathability and comfort.

Wool liner gloves offer a unique balance of warmth and flexibility compared to heavier gloves or mittens. They are generally lighter and provide better dexterity, making them suitable for tasks that require fine motor skills. In contrast, thicker gloves may offer more insulation but can limit movement.

While wool has natural moisture-wicking properties, wool liner gloves are not typically waterproof. They can handle light moisture but may not perform well in heavy rain or snow. For wet conditions, it's advisable to wear them as a liner under waterproof gloves for optimal protection.

When selecting wool liner gloves, consider factors such as fit, thickness, and intended use. A snug fit ensures better warmth and dexterity, while the thickness can affect insulation levels. Additionally, look for features like touch-screen compatibility if you plan to use your devices while wearing them.
