I also use it for Boarding and it holds everything in place so you do n't get injured laying down on the Board. Plus ca n't tell you how many compliments it gets-- from women. Women love the contoured look and racing strips. Drys fast, packs small, no loose flappy ends. I am a 34 Waist in all my pants and a size Large in this Speedo Fits perfect. Maybe I could have squeezed into a size small for tighter fit if getting thrashed in surf. But bought online and for whitewater kayaking in NC, they 're perfect!
