I ’ m a woman who ’s 5 ’ 5 ” and I weigh 190#. There were not women options left and I needed snow pants or a snow bib. I purchased the L in mens. I had to pull the straps as tight as they would allow and when wearing snow boots it fit perfectly. It was not tight or restricting in any way.
