These are my everyday shorts, gym shorts, walking shorts, house shorts, errand shorts, etc. They fit perfect on my waist and have enough coverage that they are comfortable for exercising. [ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

[ The Nike Universa Women's Medium- Support High- Waisted Leggings blew my mind the moment I slid them on. They were buttery soft and fit like a glove. Sometimes leggings can be a little suffocating with how tight they are, and these were different. They are a high- waisted legging that shapes your waist nicely without squeezing you too tight. I find myself more self- conscious when I 'm taking yoga or doing pilates because my leggings are making my stomach look unflattering or rolling over. I was honestly surprised how great they fit. I think I was most surprised by the length. Typically, when I read something is full length, I am a little skeptical because they do n't always fulfill that full- length promise. Fortunately for me, these did not disappoint. Being 5 ’ 9 ”, I have pretty long legs, and typically, leggings run short on me, but I love that this hit my ankle exactly where I would like it to. Not to mention, the super conveniently placed side pocket where I can fit anything from my ID, keys, or my phone comfortably. There ’s even a pocket on the back waistband that I didn ’ t even notice because it ’s so discreetly designed. Besides always having issues with the length of leggings, another important factor I check for in a good pair of leggings is if they 're squat- proof. I work out at least 4 times a week, and I have tested these leggings out thoroughly, and to my surprise, I can say they are not see- through one bit. I love knowing that I can wear these to yoga and fold in all kinds of positions without feeling worried about my leggings being see- through. And an added bonus, they are very good at staying in place and do not fold over at the top. During my pilates classes, they stayed up and never folded and I was able to focus in class without my attention being drawn to having to fix or constantly pull up my leggings. These leggings are truly a dream. Even down to the design. It is classic and modern but extremely functional. I even love the monochromatic Nike check logo on the backside of the calf. It ’s so discreet, but when you find it, it ’s such a cool surprise. Even the decision to have the bottom edges of the legs be seamless is so appreciated. I don ’ t find when I take these leggings off that it leaves dents in my skin or isn ’ t lightly cutting off circulation in areas. It truly feels like I ’ m covering my legs with a cloud. You can tell these leggings were designed with the intention of being flattering, while still being functional and comfortable. It is truly hard to find leggings that have it all, and these definitely do. I think the only negative thing I can think of is that I didn ’ t get these in every color, but I have every intention to. I find myself wanting to wear them every day, whether it's to work out, to run errands, or everything else in between. Even as much as I ’ ve already worn them, they still feel like brand new. These have instantly become my new favorite pair of leggings that I own, by far.

These high rise pants are great quality, the fabric is soft and stretchy. These have pockets and the comfort level is great for my very active 5yr old! We plan on getting more color's! I would say the fit is mostly true to size but I 'd say more towards runs slightly bigger( longer) than true to size.

My daughter would wear these every day of the week if I would let her. They are extremely comfortable and allow her to be active and do n't make her too hot. The material does n't stick to her legs. She has eczema and a lot of materials stick to her or cause her to itch and these are comfortable for her. They maintain their soft material even after several washes. DSG definitely was keeping active kiddos in mind when making these.

These are my favorite high- waisted shorts ever. I have 7 pairs. These are my everyday shorts, gym shorts, walking shorts, house shorts, errand shorts, etc. They fit perfect on my waist and have enough coverage that they are comfortable for exercising. I am usually a medium but sized these up to large so they would cover more and not ride up and show butt cheeks( medium did this to me). I would consider sizing up if you want more coverage.

[ I ’ ve always loved spandex shorts, whether alone or under other shorts. These have pockets, so you dint have to worry about where to put your phone, chapstick etc. The black is great as someone who sweats, as they don ’ t show any marks. They ’ re also sweat wicking and super comfortable.

[ These are great athletic shorts! These are size small and fit me really well. I ’ m pretty scrawny, right now but if I weighed a little bit more, I would probably go up to a medium. They do come with an interior draw string to tighten up the waist if need be. There a handy zipper pocket in the back with is my favorite feature! It ’s perfect for a couple of small essentials. And the pockets on the side are perfect for your phone! These shorts also have cute little reflective details. Love them!

I decided that this was a good time to step out of my comfort zone and try something new and different. These Nike shorts exceeded my expectations. The fit is perfect and they are so comfortable. My family remarked that they looked great on me. They were so comfortable that I now wear them for other occasions and not just exercise. The design is attractive and the shorts are high quality material. I love that there is a pocket on both sides. I can keep my phone in one pocket and my keys in the other one. There is also a zip pocket on the back waistband. The zipper is not noticeable. Once you put these on you will not want to take them off. They will look great and be very comfortable. Buy a pair and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. I need more of these in my life!

[ I ’ m usually picky when it comes to biker shorts because they ’ re pretty much all I wear during the spring/summer months. I love these ones specifically because they ’ re form fitting and flattering( they hide the mom pouch!) and they ’ re very comfortable. They ’ re size accurate and come down to a nice length for biker shorts, they ’ re not too short and seem appropriate for most situations especially during the summer since there ’s no pattern/giant logo so you could easily dress them up with a longer dressier shirt or pair with any shirt to go work out. I ’ m very excited to have these shorts!
