These are my favorite high- waisted shorts ever. I have 7 pairs. These are my everyday shorts, gym shorts, walking shorts, house shorts, errand shorts, etc. They fit perfect on my waist and have enough coverage that they are comfortable for exercising. I am usually a medium but sized these up to large so they would cover more and not ride up and show butt cheeks( medium did this to me). I would consider sizing up if you want more coverage.

[ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

To my knowledge, Nike no longer offers them on their website, so I 'm so happy to have found them online and in- store at Dick's. They aren ’ t `` Dri- Fit '' /moisture- wicking, so wearing them in warm weather did cause some sweating, but other than that, they are made with top notch, high quality fabric/material! They are a compressive fit, but they feel great wearing them all day! They also run small. I 'm normally a size medium, but had to order a size large. I love Nike Go leggings!!

Bought these super last minute( 36 hours before a half marathon) cos the weather was going to be cold and I panicked because didn ’ t have any leggings! They are soooo good, no chafing( even on first wear), smooth and soft and comfortable. I really hope they last- hoping for the money they do.
