It fits true to size, and the arms are nice and long( I am 5' 9 '' and have long arms). It washes up nicely, and is great quality. The only thing that I did not like was that the white color is quite see through, so I had to wear another shirt on top of it, or high- waisted workout pants and a full coverage sports bra underneath. That might not be a bad thing for some, but I am 37 years old and want more coverage. Other than that, it's a great workout top that will certainly keep you dry and last a long time! The shirt wicks sweat which keeps me warm longer than my previous shirts. I also love how practical this shirt is. My two favorite features include the thumb holes in the sleeve and the zipper pocket on the side to hold my ID, cash, car keys when needed. I love that I don ’ t need to make sure my shorts have a pocket to hold the essentials. The shirt ’s fabric is top notch. It has not stained or pilled when washed. It is thick enough for warmth while not being bulky. My shirt is white and my only complaint about the fabric is that the white color is fairly see through so I have to be careful what sports bra I wear underneath it.

I wanted to add my own review to state that I have been using this tank for many long and short training runs( even a half marathon), and have had no issues with the product quality, and/or material. This shirt is fantastic. It ’s basically just a much needed upgrade version of the 1/2 zip elements. What I mean by that is the material is soft and comfortable and stretchy. The shirt also has a mesh ’s area running on the bottom of the arm that goes along the whole sleeve which is nice to help with cooling off. Also it seems to be lighter than the elements which helps it be a better choice to wear on warmer days. Hope these stick around and get more colors. I definitely recommend these especially if you were a fan of the 1/2 zip elements.

[ This is a nice shirt for exercise. I wouldn ’ t say it ’s my favorite, but it does have some elements that make it unique from others that I have. On the back and side/underarm area is a mesh- like design that makes the shirt very breathable. The look of it could be better in my opinion but I like it because of the functionality. Other compression shirts I have make me overheat but this shirt is pretty comfortable overall. The back has a swoop/rounded hem which I wish was in the front too. But there ’s also a reflective design in the front that I appreciate for an additional safety feature.

Ended up buying a 2nd one I liked it so much. Have n't run in it yet as it's still too warm out, but have worn both in casual settings and just taking care of things outside on cool mornings. It's fairly thin so thinking it's suited for runs in 32- 45 F range with a t- shirt underneath and a heavier long sleeve under for temps below freezing. If it's helpful, I 'm 5' 8 '' and 150 lbs with medium build and size Small fits just right.

I recommend sizing up because the shirt is quite fitted. I normally wear a L or XL and chose to buy an XL and it fits well. There is some stretch in the shirt.

[ What a great shirt! In receiving the shirt the color was bright but for the primary use it ’s helpful to make sure you ’ re seen when outside and possibly running on roadways. I got the orange color and it ’s vibrant. The shirt isn ’ t the softest and isn ’ t made of a thicker cloth weight but does have a good feel when wearing. I got a Medium size and the fit of the garment is more fitted and would need to size up if wanting more room. I was able to move without feeling restricted or the shirt pulling as I run or workout. I don ’ t know that I ’ ll use them much as the shirt isn ’ t going to provide a ton of warmth but it does have thumb holes to help in keeping your hands warm when cooler. It will be nice during warmer months as it breathes well and isn ’ t heavy to wear. Washing and after doing so the shirt still looks and feels the same as brand new. Still early to determine if it will stand up to further wear but so far so good. Really excited about the High Point long sleeve and looking to get some more!

[ This shirt fits true to size. I am 6 ’ 4, 230lbs and it was a good fit. It ’s a simple design, and I like the bright orange for running outside. While running outside in the cold Michigan fall, it kept me warm enough to not need a hoodie, but anything colder than 60 degrees, this is a solid base layer. There was no chaffing or discomfort along my neck, elbows, or underarms like sometimes occurs with my other running gear. I wouldn ’ t make any modifications! This is an awesome shirt and I ’ ll be purchasing more!
