The medium worked for a size 32D. The bra is compressive and supportive without being constrictng. The ribbing at the bottom comes in nicely at the rib cage, and there is great stretch throughout. I have only worn this for everyday errands, but for those purposes even in warm weather it is plenty breathable.

For some reason, I expected this to have a lot more compression than it does. The fabric is pretty flimsy — it ’s super comfortable, but it ’s definitely not a substitute for a sports bra. I have a relatively small chest and still need to wear something underneath. I also definitely feel like I could have sized down( I ’ m 5 ’ 6, 140 lbs athletic and am usually a size small). But it ’s cute and a great lightweight workout top overall.

[ After spending time wearing the Nike Pro Sculpt Women's Padded Sports Bra, I can confidently recommend this to anyone looking for their new buy in the market! Starting with the fit and feel, it's overall very comfortable and very supportive in the chest area. Even after a full day's wear, I had no complaints! I found it very accessible and easy to remove the cups from the bra itself, making for laundry and drying to be great. I also appreciate that the bands of the bra did not roll over itself, compared to others that I 've worn in the past. It has a very thick material that is still breathable, which makes it durable in- between multiple wears and washes. I wore the Nike Pro Sculpt bra throughout various activities- running, jogging, long walks, pickleball and basketball- and it was a great wear with each and every activity. This is currently my go- to sports bra, and I 'll continue to standby that! Highly recommend!

It provides medium support, but still works for me with slow jogs, though I mostly used this bra for walks and light exercise. The cups are removable and provide more coverage. I felt this bra runs a little big/loose, particularly with the Nike Pro band.

[ While putting on the Nike Pro bra I could just tell that it was going to provide support and be comfortable. The colors go well with any outfit and the design makes it easy to put on and take off. While doing my exercises like lifting weights and running I was just thinking wow I have been missing out! The thick band feels tight but in a good way, it helps the bra not move around so much while working out. I noticed when I was running I had support and not so much movement in the chest area. The material feels soft and thick, but I did notice that my sweat would dry a little faster. The removable pads in the bra are a nice touch because it was easier for me to take them off and wash them. I have washed the bra several times and it is still looking new! If you don ’ t like padding in your bra I would say this is the bra for you because sometimes I wouldn ’ t feel like having the padding on and it still felt great because of the thick material.

I bought a pair of these to replace my favorite Prana shorts with a similar cut that I bought about 7/8 years ago( they ’ ve lasted a long time, very quality product). These shorts are perfect! Lightweight, breathable, comfortable and super cute! I plan to wear them as bathing suit bottoms with my favorite Prana swim/yoga top. They don ’ t have a liner, but I ’ ll just wear with lightweight microfiber underwear and I think I ’ ll be fine. Highly recommend! I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ” and 101 lbs and got a small. Super soft, and so far the material does n't seem to attract pet hair either! Very comfy, and I think the best leggings for PrAna yet. Sizing seems slightly off- normally a size small works for me. These are a little bit tighter than expected, more so on the legs than on the waist. Medium was a bit too big, so I ended up keeping the small. They are also a little bit long, but for a legging, that's okay with me.
