These pants have a medium to lightweight fabric. I would say they are good for all seasons except winter. They are SLIGHTLY looser fitting than other joggers I have purchased( same brand), and tthey have somewhat of a wrinkly casual look. I will say that they do fit a little big from the waist, considering that I am usually a M and fit nicely without squeezing my bump at 8 months pregnant.
