I haven ’ t been able to utilize yet in the winter but the elastic waist is much stronger than LL Bean ’s supplex shorts since they went to China for production, and at lesser cost.. Hopefully the longevity will be as good as theirs. I ’ ve been looking for a good replacement. I believe these will be much better. I ’ ve washed and still retain form.
