Have worn these for several HITT classes and they do not roll down in the waist which is highly important for me. Found the side pockets to be useful for stowing away my phone freeing up my hands. But I have several pair of Louis Garneau shorts and I ’ m sure that these tights will stand up to a 3 or 4 hour ride. Louis Garneau usually runs on the small side, I ’ m a 6/medium and these mediums are snug but wearable and the blue is really dark- almost black.
