I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. This tank top is great for a quick indoor winter workout. It also works well as a base layer for chilly weather. It launders well and holds shape after repeated washing. The fabric is comfortable and flows well. It's not clingy. It seems to have some wicking quality to keep me cool and dry during a workout on my elliptical. I also like that the back of the shirt is cut longer than the front. Overall, this is a great tank.
