I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

I really like this Under Armour sleeveless shirt. It ’s extremely breathable and lightweight, which makes a huge difference during workouts or even just being out in the Florida heat. The material dries quickly and doesn ’ t stick to your body when you sweat. It has a nice athletic fit without feeling too tight, and it moves with you. I was curious how a thicker shirt would keep me cooler than the regular compression but it somehow does. I work on the road directing traffic and this really helps with the heat and the bugs. This shirt is fantastic. It ’s basically just a much needed upgrade version of the 1/2 zip elements. What I mean by that is the material is soft and comfortable and stretchy. The shirt also has a mesh ’s area running on the bottom of the arm that goes along the whole sleeve which is nice to help with cooling off. Also it seems to be lighter than the elements which helps it be a better choice to wear on warmer days. Hope these stick around and get more colors. I definitely recommend these especially if you were a fan of the 1/2 zip elements.

Best long- sleeve top I ’ ve ever used. I wear this top for treadmill running and general workout exercises in my garage. It keeps me warm during cooler months and wicks away sweat when it ’s warmer.
