I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

I love this shirt. Back for more. I sweat a lot and am yet to find a better running shirt for hot, humid Midwest( U. S.) Summer running. The way I sweat, every run shirt gets wet, but this shirt handles it much better than most by not clinging to my sides at all. Yes, it gets some snags over time and washing( been using mine for ~2 years). This is to be expected with the lightweight material, and I would rather be this comfortable on a run with some micro- snags. I like just a little more room in shirts, and at 6 ft tall, 160 lbs, the Large is perfect.

This shirt is fantastic. It ’s basically just a much needed upgrade version of the 1/2 zip elements. What I mean by that is the material is soft and comfortable and stretchy. The shirt also has a mesh ’s area running on the bottom of the arm that goes along the whole sleeve which is nice to help with cooling off. Also it seems to be lighter than the elements which helps it be a better choice to wear on warmer days. Hope these stick around and get more colors. I definitely recommend these especially if you were a fan of the 1/2 zip elements.
