I weightlift a lot, and it is important to progressively overload to obtain maximum benefits from doing so. However, with that comes risk of getting injured and a good weightlifting belt is a must. I already use Ethos brand weight plates and barbell in my home gym and I absolutely love the quality of them. I knew that a weightlifting belt by Ethos would also be of the highest quality. I used the size chart by Ethos and determined that the medium would fit my 28 inch waist the best and allow for some slack without excess dangling. I feel my lower back is well supported when doing my deadlifts so that i can confidentally lift higher weight without sacrificing good form and risk injuring myself. I like the neutral black and gray coloring of the belt so that it matches all my gym outfits. I also have to add that these belts from Ethos do run a bit smaller in size comparing to another competitor who also makes these types of belts for women, so it is important to go by the size guide provided. [ I have a very wide foot so I was nervous because of the reviews saying that the toe box is too narrow. These shoes fit great and have improved my squat tremendously! For a lifting shoe, these are very comfy.

[ First thing's first, The Pump!!! You ca n't beat it! I 've wanted Reebok Pumps since I was a kid and now I can have them as a lifter! They 're amazing, they stick to the platform. The height feels nice. It's more comfortable to keep my torso upright with these shoes. Now I need Nano Pumps!

I was not sure about this brand since i did not know about it before, but this belt was definitely worth it. It is comfortable, feels solid, and provides a nice support. I like the size of the buckle, makes it easy to adjust.

I was hesitant to try this belt out since I ’ ve always used a much heavier older belt. I was pleasantly surprised by the support I had while still being super comfortable. The easy- to- adjust strap makes this belt perfect for my self, 17 year old son and wife. I purchased a size Medium and I ’ m 210 lbs, my son is 185 lbs and my wife is 130 lbs.

The belt is very comfortable as I am use to a golds gym leather belt with buckle. The support is honestly just as good. The Velcro is good because it doesn ’ t put any limitations on how tight or loose you make the belt. The back support is sufficient and extends high enough. Material is better than the leather as it breathes.

So far so good with the weight training belt. I ’ ve used it 3 times at the gym so far and it supports my lower back when I ’ m on the Squat Rack. It doesn ’ t get in the way or move and it ’s very comfortable and supportive.
