I weightlift a lot, and it is important to progressively overload to obtain maximum benefits from doing so. However, with that comes risk of getting injured and a good weightlifting belt is a must. I already use Ethos brand weight plates and barbell in my home gym and I absolutely love the quality of them. I knew that a weightlifting belt by Ethos would also be of the highest quality. I used the size chart by Ethos and determined that the medium would fit my 28 inch waist the best and allow for some slack without excess dangling. I feel my lower back is well supported when doing my deadlifts so that i can confidentally lift higher weight without sacrificing good form and risk injuring myself. I like the neutral black and gray coloring of the belt so that it matches all my gym outfits. I also have to add that these belts from Ethos do run a bit smaller in size comparing to another competitor who also makes these types of belts for women, so it is important to go by the size guide provided. Nonetheless, it is a sturdy belt by a reputable brand that also makes weightlifting equipment, so you just know it is of good quality.

Actually, I ’ m back to buy more of this kind. My girls are more on the bigger side of you know what I mean. I ’ m 5 ’ 3, 158 pounds and got it in size M instead of XL like size chart recommended. It ’s a bit tricky to get in and out but once the bra is on, you won ’ t be able to even tell you wear one. My first time at the gym on the treadmill and other heavy machines, I didn ’ t had to zip here, put the ladies back in place every 2- 3 min. I ’ m beyond happy and satisfied with this bra. I hurt my back in early December and struggled with even light weight training. I had never used a lifting belt before but now it ’s a must have in my gym bag. The build quality is great for the price. It was the most comfortable lifting belt compared to others I tried at the store.
