I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I always thought I had relatively smaller hands, but my fingers are thicker, and the size large gloves fit me great. I work recommend these gloves. The Velcro strap made them fit perfectly to my hands and the material was breathable.
