I prefer to wear it unbuttoned over my workout top or sportsbra. It doesn ’ t make me hot but protects me from the blowing air conditioner when I ’ m sweaty. A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. It feels great on but the sound reminds me of the old “ swishy ” track suits. It does run a little over sized I usually wear a small, and this small feels like I could wear this as a bathing suit cover up in the summer.

I love this top for my daily walks and runs. I just started running and i don ’ t like carrying my phone in my hand but I don ’ t want to wear a belt because they bounce too much. I put my phone in the big back pocket, and other things like keys, tissues, etc. in the other pockets, and I don ’ t feel them or notice them at all the whole time! If you put your phone in the big pocket at the back, you do have to have good mobility/a little skill to get it back out, but it ’s no problem for me. I ’ d love to have this in a bunch of colors!!

It's getting colde and a tshirt is n't enough, but I do n't want to wear a jacket. The Nike Dri- FIT Academy top is perfect for keeping warm but not getting hot. It's stretchy and breathable, and because it's Dri- FIT it dries quickly. The fit is great, not baggy but it's not skin tight either. The fabric is stretchy and moves with you, great for the gym. The design is nice and simple which I like. The only thing I would change is the colour, even though I like it, I 'd probably get black next time.
