The fabric is soft and thick, making them perfect for days on the colder side. The tapered leg keeps me from tripping over myself while on the court while the drawstring( interior) waistband makes tightening and loosening the pants a breeze. The two features I like most are the numerous pockets( front slit pockets, hidden zipper pocket in right slit pocket, and back zipper pocket) and the front bungee loop. Anyone who has ever sat down and had the contents of their pants pocket slide out can appreciate the security of a zipper pocket! The bungee loop is multifunctional; I ’ ve used it to hang my work badge when I wear the pants to work, I ’ ve also used it to attach my keys and hang the pants to dry.

[ I found these pants to be amazing while I was out skateboarding. They somehow managed to always feel cool, even when the rest of me was hot, and at no point did I feel a damp spot from sweat. I worried at first that they were going to be restrictive while skating, but they had a good amount of stretch to them, and the pants stayed firmly on my hips, even with all the leg movement. Fashion wise again I was quite surprised. The little fake zipper flap area around the crotch was enough to make it look like I was n't just wearing sweats out of the house. I am surprised that a little thing like that could make such a difference. Design wise I would no change anything. They drawstring is well hidden inside, the material both looks and feels comfortable and stylish without looking tacky. The taper down the leg led to a snug fit around my ankles, which allowed me to showcase my shoes while wearing and skateboarding in them, which is highly important to me since I take great pride in my show collection and do n't like when they become hidden by pants.

So when this version came out, I gave them another try, I immediately thought they were a big improvement and now I can say I love to wear them along with the matching hoody and crew sweatshirts. I have never liked jogger pants even though I owned a few from various brands. Got these pants from OR and they are amazing. Comfortable, super stretchy but do n't lose their looks and shape, I even discovered while cleaning a stain I had made that the pains are fantastically water resistant and yet they magically remain breathable and very light. These have become my favourite pants by far. To be mentioned, I have climbed a few times with these and you can observe some minor scratches on the knees. This is to be expected so I do n't argue for the quality of the material, but still worth knowing that they are not magical paints, sadly:) I am from Europe and OR is not such a common brand to find. They convinced me with this product, since then I also have bought their Foray rain jacket, which is awesome.

Jeans were something that people wore in the 1950s because they were acceptable then. I 'm breaking the trend with these and wearing them out wherever I 'd wear jeans. The twill weave separates them from sweatpants. These work better in the winter for me than jeans. Trust me if you wear these out to a holiday party or restaurant no one will care and you 'll be super comfortable.

I am normally a size 2x tall. When I got the 2x tall they felt huge and baggy, from width of the waist to the width of the legs. I was hesitant to order an XL tall but when I got it I was happy and pleased to find that it fit just right. These sweats aren ’ t short like the original club fleece so I may order a regular( not tall) pair soon. All in all great and comfortable quality, just definitely recommend sizing down.
