I was kind of skeptical getting these considering the way the size is listed. Since I am tall, usually I have to be careful and most stuff is too short for the inseam length. I am 6 ’ 3 ” and 185lbs. The rise is high, so you have good overlap with your top and the waist drawstring seems sturdy enough, although I pair them with suspenders also. Rain and wet brush are expected if you are outside much of the year here in the PNW, so you need some good rain pants.

Really nice rain pants. Pack down fairly small with a carabiner clip to hold ‘ em on your bag. Honestly I didn ’ t notice much of a difference between their weight and my previous REI pants weight. They do seem to be a little bit larger than the size that is advertised. I ’ ve seen other peoples reviews and they mention the same thing, so though you may be fine with your normal size, I would try a size down. Overall, it ’s a great quality product that should keep you dry from rain.

It took me a while to spend this kind of money on a pair of pants. Never have I done so, until hiking through mesquite brush, briar, and cacti became a daily ritual as part of my job. Where I am from, the temperatures are scorching during the summer, hitting heat index values of 108. I was skeptical about the G- 1000 being too hot for such weather but the Keb trousers have proven me wrong. I am very impressed with these pants. The lightweight fabric is perfect for keeping me cool and the G- 1000 protects me through the dense vegetation I usually go through. The ventilation zippers at the thighs and calves are amazing additions to help dump that excess heat. The range of motion is incredible in these pants, I am never restricted no matter how I move. I wish I had purchased these sooner! The Keb trousers were my first Fjallraven purchase, and they most certainly will not be my last! I use these leggings for running in cool to cold temperatures, and they do great with sweat management. The pocket is in a much better spot than the previous version so that they can be used to hold a phone or energy bar with minimal bouncing. The side pockets I wish were a little wider, I can only hold my car keys in the side pocket. The main pockets hold my wallet. I keep my cell phone in my back pocket, I have a iPhone 16 pro max with a case, it ’s very tight in the side pocket.

I love the Utility Pant! The fit is perfect. Just the right amount of stretch. Perfect pockets for travel, hiking and daily use. BUT, the “ regular ” length is too short. I normally wear 32x34 pants and these in regular length are really short. Currently, the “ long ” length version is only available in black color. I want more! Ten Thousand…. please please roll out the Utility Pant Long in more colors!!!! I will buy every color.

Zippers are well designed and I like the phone pocket on the right leg. Sizing, for me, seems about right. No complaints whatsoever!

[ I was really surprised how warm these kept my legs! Wear these over jeans or thermals and have n't been cold at all, and it was- 10 today. Pros: Fit, style and detail is superb! Warm and protective Cons: The fleece lining can get hung up on whatever they 're going over, mainly when taking them off. A minor inconvenience They are very expensive Absolutely worth it for me, I have used them almost everyday this winter and stayed warm without sacrificing any movement, or hearing a constant swishing noise!

You guys nailed it with these. They are incredibly comfortable and perfect for hiking in the mountains or exploring downtown. I get compliments every time I wear them. The only critique would be that the sizing runs pretty small- I am normally a medium and had to size down to a small which felt weird considering I am 6' 1 ''.

These are my favorite pants to wear in spring- fall. Seriously puts me in a better mood wearing them because if feels like you 're wearing nothing at all they 're so light. Also tough and seem to be reasonably water resistant. I removed the zipper tags to make them look a little more appropriate for causal workday wear. Bought a second pair a week after the first.

Look, everything is subjective BUT- since these pants arrived- I can not stop wearing them. They fit great( a little low on my waist but that's a preference thing) they 're comfortable, stylish, they have great features. The water resistance functions well and is very welcome. I feel cool in warm weather and I feel warm in cold weather. I like the dark blue color. I love these pants. I hope they hold up. May buy another pair.
