I just visited London, walking 25k- 30k steps each day over the past four days. I wore these pants each day and have never been more comfortable! It rained on me, every single day while I was walking, and with no umbrella, the water repellant worked great. They are not water proof( neither is the jacket), so there were times when I could see that water had gotten into the material. Definitely tear resistance with the checker style stitching which is a plus. I was kind of skeptical getting these considering the way the size is listed. Since I am tall, usually I have to be careful and most stuff is too short for the inseam length. I am 6 ’ 3 ” and 185lbs. I usually wear 33/34. These fit perfect! Glad I pulled the trigger and will definitely get more. Not too baggy and not too tight. Very good for being active while mountain biking, leisure, or even at work. The blue color is a very nice touch and it ’s something that can be mixed well with the right shirts.

Can not recommend these enough. Your normal waist and inseam size will work because of the stretch, however the waist runs half- an- inch to an inch small and the length is half and inch long in my opinion.

[ Just received my Outdoor Research Ferrosi pants. First thing I noticed was the softness of the material. The pants fit perfectly in fact I 'll be wearing them even when not hiking. The zippered thigh pocket is big enough for the phone. The two front pockets are huge and I like the back zippered pocket for my maps. The fit is not tight or loose. Upon bending, the Ferrosi material seemed to be stretchable and not confining. The pants felt comfortable and breathable to the point that I thought I was wearing shorts. Even hiking during the New Mexico monsoons, I kept dry. Hiking through the brush, I was n't sure if the pants would tear, the Ferrosi pants passed the test. As far as style is concerned, I feel and look great in these Ferrosi pants. Keep up the good work Outdoor Research, ca n't wait to get a Ferrosi jacket.

The keb trouser has become my go to year round outdoor trouser. I love pairing these with a base layer and adventuring in the cold months- snow shoeing and nordic skiing are well within the wheelhouse for these pants. Not to mention they are a stellar hiking pant.

Basically these are the best hiking pants you can buy. Super tough, super comfortable, amazing mobility. I have taken mine everywhere and in every type of conditions. I just can seem to destroy them haha. They keep me dry in most conditions as well. I love the burly g- 1000 fabric on the legs and seat, I use these in the back- country and off trail and have n't once ripped them of had and thorns etc get me. Amazing pants!

It took me a while to spend this kind of money on a pair of pants. Never have I done so, until hiking through mesquite brush, briar, and cacti became a daily ritual as part of my job. Where I am from, the temperatures are scorching during the summer, hitting heat index values of 108. I was skeptical about the G- 1000 being too hot for such weather but the Keb trousers have proven me wrong. I am very impressed with these pants. The lightweight fabric is perfect for keeping me cool and the G- 1000 protects me through the dense vegetation I usually go through. The ventilation zippers at the thighs and calves are amazing additions to help dump that excess heat. The range of motion is incredible in these pants, I am never restricted no matter how I move. I wish I had purchased these sooner! The Keb trousers were my first Fjallraven purchase, and they most certainly will not be my last! Thank you for making such an awesome, hardwearing, and breathable pair of pants!

I remember when I bought my first Keb pants, thinking `` am I crazy for spending so much on pants?? '' but after wearing them for over a year, I was very happy I did. These pants are very versatile. I wearing them on hiking/climbing days, gardening, tree maintenance, and for general labor. I 've even worn them for cold weather running. For some weeks, they are all I wear. They are very durable, no rips/tears or issues. They breathe well, but still keep me warm on colder days. Perhaps not the best for heavy rain, but are great in all other conditions.
