Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. All the padding is in the perfect places, including in each knuckle of each finger, and there are touchscreen pads on the thumb and forefinger. I lift weights a few days a week. Wearing gloves to protect the ligaments is a good idea. After some time without using gloves I will feel some pain in the fingers. I normally use gloves with the half finger which works great. I bought these full finger gloves to see how I liked them. After a few workouts they fit well and I think they prevent any damage to the ligaments. These are good gloves but I still prefer the half finger gloves because I still have more feeling and control of the fingers.
