The material is thin but actually is very warm so I wouldn ’ t wear them to workout unless it was pretty chilly. I normally just wear these as a casual/running errands outfit. I am 5 ’ 6 ” and 170 so I usually go for large bottoms. I did get large and they feel true to size—definitely not baggy but comfortably snug. My one complaint is that the drawstring got lost in the waist band almost right away. Great product by a trusted brand!
